Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania (Dega Stacioni i Trenit)

I have never used this word in a review before, but it is the first instance of animalistic behavior at entry. The security guy does not know what he is doing, and he was also measuring up to people coming close and threatening them; it was weird to witness. I have never seen this in an institution before. The guy has hand tattoos, probably out of jail, now works security and "customer service," but does not know how to service or communicate. Rating: 1 star.

I went there today, just arrived from Italy, needed cash to pay for a taxi. Their ATM gave me a receipt but no money. I knocked on the door and tried to tell them, but they weren’t interested—not their problem. I had to use a Euronet across the street. Nope, won’t return.
