I have visited Bauhaus often and always found the staff friendly, with no bad experiences. I bought a product of very good quality. The checkout options have improved over time—I can scan and pay my invoice in cash or by card without needing a person to assist me, giving me flexibility. This is also reflected in the prices, as the items aren't expensive. Thanks.

A discriminatory, rude and racist/nazi experience. I went to this shop to buy a specific product, but as soon as the assistant realized I didn’t speak German, he refused to help me and said he wouldn’t sell it to me. I even offered to use a translator to communicate and to understand the product information, but he rudely replied that he had other things to do and no time for me and go back to the wood cutting machine. I felt truly discriminated against — and after spending a lot of time traveling to this shop, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I will never go back to this shop, hoping that the behavior of that employee gets noticed by a supervisor and measures are taken.
