I then went through my insurance, and they contacted me 20 minutes after my insurance company reached out to them, saying they had a windscreen in stock for my car. I cannot fault the man who replaced my screen—he was very efficient and mannerly. However, I will definitely not use them again. Stay away.
Excellent service! The representative expertly handled all insurance details and coordinated the windscreen replacement with the dealer to ensure proper wiring checks. The work was completed on schedule as promised. This was our second experience with McCarthy Windscreens, and I highly recommend them.
