This is the private jet terminal. The service is horrible horrible horrible. Extremely difficult to find and they didn’t give good directions either. They really don’t care. (You have to drive into the airport taxi waiting area to access the private jet terminal.) Then the staff in the “lounge” was focused on telling us that we can’t park in the terminal rather than helping us unload our luggages from the car. There is NO rental car return service like all the other private jet terminals in the world. After we unloaded our baggages with no help, the staff was droning on about how we cannot park here. I get it, lady, we WILL drive away. Just give us a sec!!!!! We had to wait 40 min for our jet to be refueled. The airport was running late. The restroom reeks of urine. All in all, it was a horrible experience to fly private out of Florence. Not high end. Not relaxing. Avoid if possible.
