Victoria House Hostel

4.5 stars Affiliated with Menona, this place has the same great vibe and the same delicious granola cereal. I met many cool people, and the staff checked me in early, giving me my own room for the first night. There are plenty of bathrooms, so that shouldn't be an issue, though the kitchen sink was filthy. It's very close to the train station, and they gave me info on the 3-story fort up in the hills, which is a challenging hike. The walking tour with Spyro is one of the best I have ever done—he is probably the best guide I have ever had.

Wonderful hostel that was really cosy and comfortable. The staff and other travellers were really friendly and kind. The breakfast was basic and good for it being included in the price. The bed was also comfy! Honestly one of the best hostels I've been to in a while. It has a very home-y feeling to it. The location is amazing as it's right next to the Brignole train station and close to the centre. Would highly recommend this hostel. Shoutout to the volunteers at this hostel as well, you are amazing!
