If there is an option for zero stars, this place will get it. The worst place for patients. I had an eye infection and went back because my eye was still bad, and they sent me home, saying I need a letter from the student clinic. I came to the emergency because of my condition, and just to be sent back home is insane. I don’t know the name of the doctor, but she is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Another day, I had to go back at 5:30 in the morning because obviously my eye was still bad, and it was the same doctor again, and she was upset that I came back. No one would want to come to this place at that hour just for fun. She handled my eye very roughly, rubbing it like she was scrubbing a toilet floor. She forced me to speak in Romanian because I have been here “for a long enough time” for her and I “have to.” As a foreigner, I do not speak Romanian that well, and at an emergency service, being forced to speak Romanian although I was clearly struggling was an insult. This whole experience was an insult, or maybe she is xenophobic by how she was scrubbing my eye. I left completely disappointed with that doctor.
