Review of Tiszavirág Cafe, Brunch & Bistro

The cooking at this Gault Millau recommended Bistro is superb—it is the less formal cafe/restaurant of the Tiszavirág hotel—and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. The cold strawberry soup was a fine beginning on a warm summer day, as was the white asparagus plate with an airy hollandaise sauce. The sea bream was cooked perfectly, its delicate moist meat pairing well with its crisply seared skin. We also liked the white asparagus risotto, unctuously rich. Service was professional and could not have been nicer. This meal made our visit of the paprika city a total success.
