I ordered a box of the Navelinas and OMG, they were the absolute BEST oranges I have ever had, both in terms of sweetness and pure orange flavor. I moved from California to France a little over five years ago, so I know quality oranges, but these Sicilian oranges definitely raised the bar for me. I'm not sure if the purity of the flavor was due entirely to the fact that they're organic because until recently, when I learned that commercially-grown citrus was dangerous to one's health (Google censored my link to the Guardian article, but you can find it by googling "oranges cancer preservatives"), I had only bought non-organically grown oranges. I can't wait for May, when the Valencias will become available!
