Great program, nice atmosphere, diverse machines which allow for any workout, sometimes it might be crowded since there are only one type of specific machines, and if you can't do an alternative for the exercise, you would have to wait longer, or you could just ask to work out with them. The people are nice, and 99% of the time they will be ok with it.
