I would like to make a formal complaint regarding several ongoing issues at this gym. I have never had problems with other staff members, who are polite and helpful, but one specific employee, Jaime, has repeatedly been a concern for me and other members due to his unfriendly attitude and lack of professionalism—he avoids eye contact and greetings and seems unhappy at work. Beyond this, the gym has serious problems: a lack of basic equipment, especially for lower body workouts, given the price; torn upholstery on machines that has gone unrepaired for over three months; inadequate mirrors (only one small mirror on the ground floor and none upstairs), which is unsafe for checking posture; consistently dirty bathrooms, even after cleaning, with a video screenshot showing visible dirt despite a wet floor, and worse conditions on weekends; a disorganised gym floor with weights left out and no staff supervision; and dirty treadmills and equipment, including a mirror marked with handprints for weeks. The only positive is that the gym is empty during certain hours, which is why many still train here, but the gym urgently needs improvement in hygiene, maintenance, organisation, and customer service.
