Today, my 97-year-old mother-in-law got stuck in her wheelchair in the elevator at Kennedyallee 52 in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. Since the elevator company couldn't help, we called the fire department. Within four minutes, the ambulance and fire department arrived and freed my mother-in-law from the elevator. They then carried her to the first floor because, understandably, she didn't want to get back in the elevator. A huge thank you for the quick, friendly, and outstanding response. I was thrilled. Without the fire department, my mother-in-law would have had to wait in the elevator for a long time. The elevator company didn't arrive until much later. THANKS TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND ALL EMERGENCY RESOURCES. The Ralph and Simone Hofmann family, and also from my mother-in-law, Ruth Hofmann.
