Very disappointed with the customer service. I returned some items and was told I could only get a credit note on a piece of receipt paper, not a refund. The lady explained it was policy, but I feel since I paid for the goods and returned them in perfect condition with a receipt, I should be entitled to a refund. Despite the credit note, I feel this is a little greedy on Choice's part, and I'll think twice before shopping there again.
