A bus station without a proper drop-off area or even clear signs showing where drivers can briefly stop to let passengers out is simply unacceptable. We accidentally drove into the bus station because there was no clear signage directing us to a designated drop-off point. Instead of offering guidance, a station employee immediately threatened us with a fine, saying that if we didn't pay on the spot, he would call the police, who would issue a ticket and add penalty points to the driver's licence. It felt like the priority wasn't helping people navigate the station but finding another way to make money from confused drivers. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. How about organising a clearly marked drop-off zone and installing proper signs so people don't accidentally drive into the bus station in the first place?
