This tire facility was fantastic and I highly recommend visiting this location. We had winter tires installed on a brand new Porsche 911 picked up in Leipzig, and their installation team was precise, gentle, and caring with the car—no rim scratches or undercarriage marks; the car was treated very professionally. Sebastian helped us find the tires in a matter of days when about a dozen other tire shops in Germany quoted over two weeks. They were willing to work in English and order tires for someone coming from overseas, and they were quick via both phone and email. They installed the tires in under an hour (a special favor since we arrived late and had a fixed plan; normal installation was promised at 1.5–2 hours). They also had a toy box for kids, which I thought was neat. Due to the pickup taking more time in Leipzig, we arrived super late, close to closing, but they were kind enough to help us anyway because of our unique travel situation—DANKE SCHÖN for the flexibility! The tires were clean and brand new, with no marks or colored lines like we’ve seen on some new tires at USA shops. Upon arrival, the woman who helped us was really kind; I didn’t get her name, but she was patient and had great English, and when we couldn’t understand each other, Google Translate got the job done—thank you, Frau! Pricing was fair and competitive with other tire shops, but it’s not all about price: the quality of service and installation was first class. Thanks to everyone on the team at this shop—because of them, we were able to get winter tires for our vacation, and two days later, we were caught in a blizzard in Bavaria, so really: thank you! I highly recommend you visit this shop if you are in Leipzig or nearby.
