Generally good. Great bar and social areas downstairs, the bartender (a Brazilian man) was incredibly friendly and positive. Rooms were clean and people were friendly. The lift consistently did not work the whole time we were there. Located right next to the station, which is great, but it isn't actually in a very nice area of Hamburg (fine if you can hop on the U/S-Bahn).
