I requested a quote to fix my windscreen, provided all my details, and waited three days with no reply. I then went through my insurance, and they contacted me 20 minutes after my insurance company reached out to them, saying they had a windscreen in stock for my car. I cannot fault the man who replaced my screen—he was very efficient and mannerly. However, I will definitely not use them again. Stay away.
